Production Unit ME Engineer

Your Tasks

Ensure the assembly process operates at peak efficiency by applying proven engineering methodologies—including root cause analysis, statistical tools, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles—to consistently achieve and sustain departmental KPI targets.

• Process design, work methods for new programs, and continuous improvement of existing production programs.
• Coordination of annual improvements to production standards and efficiency increases.
• APQP documentation (FMEA, MLs, etc.). Training personnel to develop production activities.
• Defining layout and flow for the assigned process.
• Troubleshooting technical issues in the assigned process. Complying with the requirements of the Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) system according to the assigned activity.
• Keep updated ECS (Engineering change system) with latest Engineering documents
• Develop poka-yoke tools in cooperation with quality engineer
• Develop GO/NoGO parts in cooperation with quality engineer
• Responsible to define process parameters for every process step
• Perform studies of capability and MSA for all processes and machines
• Organize meetings with machines and tools suppliers, ensure conformity, provide technical data
• Update process parameters, WI update , label validation, MES update and so on
• Write Wi and all other documents necessary for manufacturing process ( e.g. First Of / Last Of, production release docs )

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical field or equivalent 
• 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
•  Very good oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Working knowledge of the GDPEP process
