Secure on‑time delivery, accurate production planning, and high service performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics within the automotive sector.
- Experience using SAP
- Intermediate–advanced English for communication with international customers.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Knowledge of automotive processes such as EDI, ASN, PPAP, APQP (preferred).
