Rudolf Stark

CEO ZF LIFETEC

Rudolf Stark has served as Head of ZF LIFETEC since August 2019. He joined ZF Group in 2018, and since then has successfully applied his extensive experience to contribute to the growth and success of the company’s passive safety systems offering.A graduate in business administration and mechanical engineering, Rudolf's journey at various companies, from DaimlerChrysler Rail Systems to Continental AG, has been marked by diverse managerial roles in sales, development, and general management with a total of almost 20 years in the automotive industry.

Ulf Loleit

Senior Vice President Finance, ZF LIFETEC

Ulf Loleit has been Senior Vice President Finance at ZF LIFETEC since June 2023. From August 2019 to June 2023, Ulf Loleit was Head of Corporate Finance at ZF. A graduate in economics, Ulf started his career at Deutsche Bank and afterwards at BASF in Ludwigshafen, Germany, where he worked for more than two decades in various management positions in the areas of finance, controlling and corporate treasury.

Dr. Michael Eisenbarth

COO ZF LIFETEC

Dr. Michael Eisenbarth has occupied the position as Senior Vice President Operations at ZF LIFETEC since October 2020. He joined ZF Group from Vitesco Technologies AG respectively Continental AG where he served in various leading positions in different business areas. In this context, Michael was leading the operations workstream to prepare and execute the operational carve-out of Powertrain to Vitesco Technologies. Prior to this, he worked in process engineering at Delphi Automotive following a tenure leading the Electronics Production department at the Institute for Factory Automation and Production Systems at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg where he had graduated and earned a doctorate degree in Production Engineering. Overall, Michael has been active in the automotive industry for more than twenty years.
